In section 271 (inquiries into deaths of crew members and others), in subsection (6), for “where” to the end substitute where— (a) in England and Wales, an investigation is to be conducted under Part 1 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009; (b) in Northern Ireland, an inquest is to be held under the Coroners Act (Northern Ireland) 1959; (c) in Scotland, an enquiry is to be held under the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1976.
