In section 4 of the Northern Ireland (Location of Victims' Remains) Act 1999 (restrictions on forensic testing), in subsection (2), for “for the purposes of an inquest, the identity” substitute for the purposes of— (a) an inquest under the Coroners Act (Northern Ireland) 1959, or (b) an investigation under Part 1 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009, the identity
