Sch 6 para 1
(1) It is an offence for a person to serve on a jury at an inquest if the person— (a) is disqualified from jury service (by reason of being a person listed in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Juries Act 1974 (c. 23)), and (b) knows that he or she is disqualified from jury service. (2) A person guilty of an offence under this paragraph is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
