s 144 Treatment of convictions in other member States etc
Schedule 17 contains— (a) amendments relating to the treatment of criminal convictions imposed by courts outside England and Wales, and (b) amendments relating to the treatment of criminal convictions imposed by courts outside Northern Ireland.
