(1) This paragraph applies where a person concerned with the provision of an information society service (an “information society service provider”) is established in Great Britain. (2) This Act applies to anything done by the person in an EEA state (other than the United Kingdom) in providing the service as this Act would apply if the act in question were done by the person in Great Britain.
