In section 27(5) (training and equality of opportunity)— (a) in the definition of “disabled” after “meaning as in” insert “ the Equality Act 2010 or, in Northern Ireland, ” , and (b) in the definition of “racial group” for “Race Relations Act 1976 (c 74)” substitute “ Equality Act 2010 ” .
