(1) Section 35 (general: definitions) is amended as follows. (2) In the definition of “religion or belief”, for “Part 2 (as defined by section 44)” substitute “ section 10 of the Equality Act 2010 ” . (3) For the definition of “sexual orientation” substitute— “ sexual orientation ” has the same meaning as in section 12 of the Equality Act 2010.
