In paragraph 7(7) of Schedule 18 to the Finance Act 2007 (pension schemes: abolition of relief for life insurance premium contributions etc )— (a) for “Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 ( SI 2006/1031)” substitute “ Equality Act 2010, so far as relating to age, ” , and (b) for “them” substitute “ those Regulations ” .
