s 103 Sections 101 and 102: further provision
(1) A duty to make reasonable adjustments applies to an association. (2) In the application of section 26 for the purposes of section 101(4) or 102(3), neither of the following is a relevant protected characteristic— (a) religion or belief; (b) sexual orientation.
