In section 59 (power for Secretary of State to confer additional functions on Care Quality Commission), for subsection (2) substitute— (2) The Secretary of State must consult Monitor before making provision under subsection (1) in relation to persons who hold licences under Chapter 3 of Part 3 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
