(1) For section 2 substitute— General power (2) The Secretary of State, the Board or a clinical commissioning group may do anything which is calculated to facilitate, or is conducive or incidental to, the discharge of any function conferred on that person by this Act. (2) For the cross-heading preceding section 2 substitute “General power”.
