In section 12D (arrangements with other bodies relating to direct payments)— (a) in subsection (1) after “the Secretary of State” insert “, the Board, a clinical commissioning group or a local authority”, and (b) in subsection (3) after “the Secretary of State” insert “, the Board, a clinical commissioning group or a local authority”.
