In section 74 (supply of goods and services by local authorities), in subsection (1)(a)— (a) at the beginning insert “the Board and”, (b) after “any” insert “clinical commissioning group or,”, (c) omit “Strategic Health Authority,” and (d) omit “or Primary Care Trust”.
