(1) In section 89 (general medical services contracts: required terms), in subsection (4)(a), for “a Primary Care Trust” substitute “the Board”. (2) The variations to contract terms that may be imposed by virtue of subsection (2)(d) of that section include, in particular, variations in consequence of the establishment of clinical commissioning groups.
