(1) In section 8 (Secretary of State's directions to health service bodies), in subsection (2)— (a) omit paragraph (a), and (b) omit paragraph (b). (2) In the heading to that section after “to” insert “certain”. (3) Before section 8 insert the following cross-heading “Directions to certain NHS bodies”.
