(1) Section 133 (inadequate provision of pharmaceutical services) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)(a)— (a) for “the area, or part of the area, of a Primary Care Trust” substitute “any part of England”, and (b) omit “area or”. (3) In subsection (1)(b), for “any such area or part” substitute “any part of England”. (4) In subsection (2)(a), for “the Primary Care Trust” substitute “the Board”.
