In section 1 of the Voluntary Hospitals (Paying Patients) Act 1936 (definitions)— (a) in the definition of “voluntary hospital”, for “, NHS foundation trust or a Primary Care Trust” substitute “or an NHS foundation trust”, and (b) omit the definition of “Primary Care Trust”.
