In Schedule 1 to the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970 (social services functions) in the entry relating to the Children Act 1989, in the column headed “Nature of functions”— (a) after “accommodated” insert “pursuant to arrangements made by the Secretary of State, the National Health Service Commissioning Board or a clinical commissioning group under the National Health Service Act 2006 or”, and (b) omit “Primary Care Trusts,”.
