In section 224 (duties of services-providers to respond to local involvement networks)— (a) for “services-provider”, in each place it appears, substitute “responsible person”, (b) in subsection (2), before paragraph (a) insert— (za) the National Health Service Commissioning Board; (zb) a clinical commissioning group; (c) in that subsection, omit paragraph (c), and (d) in the title, for “services-providers” substitute “responsible persons”.
