In section 149 of the Charities Act 2011 (audit or examination of English NHS charity accounts), in subsection (7)— (a) omit paragraph (a), (b) omit paragraph (b), (c) before paragraph (c) insert— (ba) the National Health Service Commissioning Board, (bb) a clinical commissioning group, (bc) trustees for the National Health Service Commissioning Board appointed in pursuance of paragraph 11 of Schedule A1 to the National Health Service Act 2006, or (bd) trustees for a clinical commissioning group appointed in pursuance of paragraph 15 of Schedule 1A to that Act, (d) omit paragraph (f).
