In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (offices disqualifying for membership of the House)— (a) omit the entry relating to the chairman or any member of a Primary Care Trust, (b) in the entry relating to the chairman or any member of any Strategic Health Authority or Special Health Authority, omit “Strategic Health Authority, or”, and (c) at the appropriate place insert— “ Chairman or non-executive member of the National Health Service Commissioning Board. ”
