In section 16 (land excluded from compulsory purchase), in subsection (3)— (a) after paragraph (a) insert— (aa) the National Health Service Commissioning Board; (ab) a clinical commissioning group established under section 14D of the National Health Service Act 2006;”, and (b) omit paragraph (c).
