In section 19 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988 (exemption from tolls), in paragraph (b)— (a) omit “a Strategic Health Authority established under section 13 of the National Health Service Act 2006,”, (b) for “that Act” substitute “the National Health Service Act 2006”, and (c) omit “a Primary Care Trust established under section 18 of the National Health Service Act 2006,”.
