In the Schedule to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 (bodies to which the Act applies), in paragraph 1— (a) omit paragraph (ea), (b) before paragraph (g) insert— (fa) the National Health Service Commissioning Board, except as regards the exercise of functions under the National Health Service (Service Committees and Tribunal) Regulations 1992, or any regulations amending or replacing those Regulations; (c) omit paragraph (gg).
