In Schedule 2 to the Health Authorities Act 1995 (property, rights and liabilities), in paragraph 2— (a) in sub-paragraphs (1), (2), (6) and (7) omit “Primary Care Trust,”, and (b) in sub-paragraphs (1), (2), (6) and (7) omit “Strategic Health Authority,”.
