(1) Section 14 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (summarised accounts) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1) omit “paragraph 7 of Schedule 15 to the National Health Service Act 2006 or”. (3) Omit subsection (3). (4) In subsection (4) for “that subsection” substitute “subsection (1)”.
