s 298 Advice or assistance to public authorities in the Isle of Man or Channel Islands
(1) NHS England or an integrated care board may provide advice or assistance to any public authority in the Isle of Man or Channel Islands. (2) Advice or assistance under subsection (1) may be provided on such terms, including terms as to payment, as NHS England or (as the case may be) the integrated care board considers appropriate.
