s 55 Amendments related to Part 1 and transitional provision
(1) Schedule 4 (which makes further amendments of the National Health Service Act 2006 in consequence of the provision made by this Part) has effect. (2) Schedule 5 (which makes amendments of other enactments in consequence of the provision made by this Part) has effect. (3) Schedule 6 (which makes transitional provision in connection with this Part) has effect.
