s 81 Requirement for health service providers to be licensed
(1) Any person who provides a health care service for the purposes of the NHS must hold a licence under this Chapter. (2) Regulations may make provision for the purposes of this Chapter for determining, in relation to a service provided by two or more persons acting in different capacities, which of those persons is to be regarded as the person who provides the service.
