In section 97 of the Children Act 1989 (privacy for children involved in certain proceedings)— (a) omit subsections (1), (7) and (8) (which relate to certain family proceedings in magistrates' courts), and (b) in subsection (2) (restrictions on publication) for “, a county court or a magistrates' court” substitute “ or the family court ” .
