In section 57(1) (appeals otherwise than to Court of Appeal may be redirected there)— (a) before “or the High Court” insert “ , the family court ” , and (b) after paragraph (b) insert or (c) the President of the Family Division where it is the family court from which or to which the appeal is made, or from which permission to appeal is sought,
