In section 10(5) (magistrates' court rules: statements as to maintenance assessments)— (a) for “may be made under section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (rules of procedure) requiring” substitute “ of court may require ” , and (b) for “a magistrates' court” substitute “ the family court ” .
