In section 13 (information concerning adoption)— (a) in subsection (2) (court officers who are to provide information) for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute— (aa) the relevant officer of the family court, and (b) in subsection (3) (meaning of “ relevant officer ” in relation to county court and High Court) for “a county” substitute “ the family ” .
