In paragraph 69 (alteration of maintenance agreements where both parties are living)— (a) in sub-paragraph (1) (courts to which application for alteration may be made) omit “or, subject to sub-paragraph (6), to a magistrates court”, and (b) in sub-paragraph (6) (power to make order for alteration is subject to paragraphs 70 and 71) for “paragraphs 70 and” substitute “ paragraph ” .
