In paragraph 46 (application of certain provisions of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Court Act 1978)— (a) in paragraph (a) (powers of the High Court and a county court in relation to certain orders) for “a county court” substitute “ the family court ” , and (b) omit paragraphs (b) and (c) (appeals and constitution of courts).
