In section 79 (power of constable to assist in exercise of powers of entry)— (a) omit subsection (4) (which applies Schedule 11 to the Children Act 1989 to proceedings under section 79), and (b) in subsection (5) (meaning of “the court”) for the words after “High Court” substitute “ or the family court ” .
