(1) In section 52(1) (interpretation of the Act) for the definition of “the court” substitute— “the court” (except where the context otherwise requires) means the High Court or the family court; (2) The amendment made by sub-paragraph (1) does not apply for the purposes of interpreting references to “the court” in paragraph 14 of Schedule 1 to the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973.
