(1) Section 56 (declarations of legitimacy or legitimation) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1) (application for declaration of legitimacy may be made to High Court or county court) for “a county court” substitute “ the family court ” . (3) In subsection (2) (application for declaration of legitimation may be made to High Court or county court) for “a county court” substitute “ the family court ” .
