(1) Section 51 of the Equality Act 2010 (public offices: recommendations for appointments, etc) is amended as follows. (2) In subsections (1) to (4) (which apply to an office within section 50(2)(a) or (b)) for “or (b)” substitute “ , (b) or (d) ” . (3) In subsection (5) (interpretation) after “50(2)(a)” insert “ or (d) ” .
