In section 75A (sections 75B to 75G apply where request made under paragraph 2(5) of Schedule 1 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007)— (a) in subsection (1) for “Sections 75B to 75G apply” substitute “ Section 75B applies ” , and (b) in subsection (2) for “Those sections are” substitute “ That section is ” .
