In section 378 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (investigations: appropriate officers etc), in subsection (3AA) (inserted by this Schedule), after paragraph (c) insert— (d) an immigration officer who is not below such grade as is designated by the Secretary of State as equivalent to that rank.
