(1) In section 9 of the Police Reform Act 2002 (the Independent Police Complaints Commission), in subsection (3)— (a) in paragraph (da), omit “is or”; (b) in paragraph (db), omit “is or”; (c) after paragraph (db) substitute— (dc) the person is, or has been, a National Crime Agency officer; (2) In Schedule 3 to that Act (handling of complaints and conduct matters etc), in paragraph 19F(7), for paragraph (b) substitute— (b) the National Crime Agency.
