(1) Section 62 (functions of the Police Negotiating Board with respect to regulations) is amended in accordance with this paragraph. (2) In subsection (1), omit paragraph (d) (and the word “or” at the end of paragraph (c)). (3) Omit subsections (1D) and (1E). (4) In subsection (2), for “(1A), (1D) or (1E)” substitute “ or (1A) ” .
