(1) Section 21 (supply of information by Secretary of State) is amended in accordance with this paragraph. (2) In subsection (2), for paragraph (b) substitute— (b) the National Crime Agency, for use in connection with the discharge of any function of that Agency; (3) Omit subsection (4).
