(1) Section 36 (approval required for authorisations to take effect) is amended in accordance with this paragraph. (2) In subsection (1), for paragraph (b) substitute— (b) a National Crime Agency officer; (3) In subsection (6)(b) and (d), for “Director General of the Serious Organised Crime Agency” substitute “ Director General of the National Crime Agency ” .
