In the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007— (a) in section 121(8) for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute— (aa) in relation to an administration order or an enforcement restriction order: the county court; (b) omit sections 123(6) and 131(2), and paragraph 79(2)(b) of Schedule 13.
