In section 11 of the Bills of Sale Act (1878) Amendment Act 1882 (local registration of contents of bills of sale)— (a) in the first sentence, for the words after “contents of such bill of sale to the” substitute “ county court ” , and (b) in the second sentence omit the words between “indexed by the” and “county court”.
