In section 7 of the Law of Distress Amendment Act 1888 (distress to be levied by certified bailiffs)— (a) for “judge assigned to a county court district, or acting as a judge so assigned” substitute “ judge of the county court ” , and (b) omit the sentence beginning “A county court registrar may”.
