(1) The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 is amended as follows. (2) In section 252(6)(a) (court which is to determine disputes as to Crown use of designs) for the words after “High” substitute “ Court, ” . (3) Omit sections 287 to 289 and 291 (patents county court).
