In section 1156 of the Companies Act 2006 (meaning of “the court”)— (a) in subsection (1) for “(subject to subsection (3)) a” substitute “ the ” , and (b) omit subsections (3) and (4) (power to provide for jurisdiction of county courts under the Act to be exercisable only by some courts).
